    REAA will audit about 5 of all licensees each year and any not having their Non Verified coursework completed by December 31st are at risk of not having their license renewed IMPORTANT If in either case the REAA elects not to renew and cancels your license you may be prohibited from reapplying for FIVE years Do you provide the same course materials as all other Approved Providers Absolutely all REAA Approved Providers use the same course materials The difference is in the manner they are delivered In face to face group meetings online etc If I elect to use the e Agent Academy must I complete my course in a single session Absolutely not Once you have registered as a learner and paid your course fee you may sign in for as long or short a training session as you prefer 5 minutes 20 minutes 10 hours it is your choice Each time you log into our system it will take you directly to where you last left off It is safe to use your system as I am concerned about computer virus problems that might result As you are not downloading any programs when using e Agent there is no likelihood that your computer could in any way become harmed What computers can I use with the e Agent system You may use any internet connected device including any desktop computer tablet laptop or smartphone You may also use different devices in different locations e Agent is available worldwide 24 7 365 If I need assistance how and when can I reach you Oh so many ways you can go to the Contact Us menu item as we have email land line and toll free numbers Once you have enrolled in any course the best option is our Message system which can be found on login Is e Agent an Approved REAA Provider In deed we are and have been since the first year the REAA required Continuing Education Does e Agent Offer both Verified and Non Verified courses Yes we offer both On the Verified side we offer the current year s 10 hour Verified course as well as last year s verified course and the REAA Refresher course for those agents returning from Voluntary Suspension What do you mean when you say that all e Agent courses are offered online Every course that we offer is provided on a specialised web site that we call The e Agent Academy You are on our Academy site as you read these FAQ s What are the REAA requirements for 2015 Every licensee is required to complete 10 hours of Verified training and 10 hours of Non Verified training during each calendar year Does REAA check both my Verified and Non Verified training every year Well yes and no The REAA will check 100 of all licensees for their Verified courses every year and will not renew your license if your Verified coursework is not completed as of December 31st
