    knowledge they need to turn back the clock and learn how to grow and make their own food The expo is very much about the community sharing ideas tips and knowledge Mrs Crosson said We certainly don t have all the answers we re learning all the time too The expo is about people asking how to do things about community sharing The expo is in its third year and each year it attracts more stallholders and bigger crowds This year more than 60 stalls have been booked There will be information available and several demonstrations on how to preserve food cook low cost nutritious meals or how to use natural ingredients to create skin care products It was easy to slip into convenience food mode Mrs Crosson said and the expo was a way of showing people how easy it was to change that habit to grow vegetables and to make meals from scratch Often doing this doesn t take a lot of time but the change can be quite dramatic Many people did not have a vegetable gardening cooking from scratch model to base their own lives on and the expo was a way for people to pick
